Use Your Number on Pay As You Go

You can simply keep the supplied SIM and use your new number normally on Pay As You Go.

A minimum £5 top-up is required first to fully activate the service and allow you to:

• Use the number normally on Pay As You Go

There is no monthly contract required.

Transfer the Number Later If You Want

You do not need to transfer your number immediately.

You can use it on the supplied Pay As You Go SIM first and, if you decide to move it later, request a PAC code.

After the minimum £5 top-up:

1. Insert the SIM into a compatible unlocked phone.
2. Make sure the SIM has signal and is active.
3. Text PAC to 65075.
4. Your PAC code will be sent to you by text.
5. Give your PAC code and mobile number to your new provider.

Your new provider will then arrange the transfer.

Moving a number to a different UK network is usually straightforward. A transfer between accounts or contracts on the same network may use a different process, so please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
