Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

All orders include free UK delivery.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Saturday on the same day. Orders placed after this time will usually be dispatched on the next available dispatch day.

Standard delivery is sent for free with Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. This service usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch and requires a signature on delivery.

For orders over £40, we upgrade your delivery for free to Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is usually a next working day delivery service after dispatch. Orders sent on Saturday are usually delivered on Monday, excluding bank holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the delivery.

Delivery times are not guaranteed unless Special Delivery is used. Delays can sometimes happen because of Royal Mail, weekends, bank holidays, weather, or incorrect delivery details.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy.

To return a SIM card, it must be:

Unused
Unactivated
In its original packaging
In the same condition as received

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with the order.
