Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We post to UK addresses only. Delivery with Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For usually takes 1–3 working days, and orders over £40 are upgraded to Special Delivery for next-day arrival.

Q: What is a PAC code, and do I receive a PAC code or the actual SIM card?
A: A PAC code (Porting Authorisation Code) lets you transfer your mobile number from one network to another.

When you order from us, you will receive the actual SIM card with your chosen VIP number posted to your address — not a PAC code.

If you want to move your VIP number to a different network or an existing contract, you will need a PAC code:

  • We can provide PAC codes for Vodafone, Lebara, and Three numbers once your order has been paid and you request it via website Live Chat.

  • For O2, EE, and Smarty numbers, the SIM must first be topped up and a chargeable call or text made before the network allows a PAC code request.

📩 How to request a PAC code:

  • By Text (Quickest & Easiest Method): Send the word PAC to 65075 from your SIM. Your provider will reply with your PAC code, usually within minutes .

  • Online Account: Log in to your network’s website (or create a free account) and use the PAC request option.

  • Phone Call: Call your network’s customer service from your number and ask for a PAC code.

🔑 Important Information:

  • A PAC code is valid for 30 days from the day you receive it.

  • To keep your SIM card active, you must top up and make a chargeable call or text within 6 months (within 3 months for Lebara).
