• Orders are usually dispatched the same working day of purchase.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been posted.

Delivery Services (United Kingdom only)

• All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For as standard.

• UK orders over £40 are automatically upgraded to Royal Mail Special Delivery at no extra cost.

• All delivery services include tracking and require a signature on delivery.

Estimated UK Delivery Times

• Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For: Usually 1–3 working days.

• Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next working day (after dispatch), excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Missed Delivery

If no one is home at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions to collect the item or rearrange delivery.

Delays & Lost Items

In rare cases, Royal Mail may experience delays.

• For 1st Class Signed For, a lost item case can be opened after 10 working days from the dispatch date.

• If the item is still undelivered after this time, we will offer a full refund or allow you to choose another number of equal value.
