We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-day return policy, provided the following conditions are met:

Return Eligibility

  • The SIM card must be unused, unactivated, and not transferred to another network.

  • Numbers are non-returnable once a PAC code is issued or the number is transferred. 

  • Returns must be requested within 60 days of delivery.

  • The SIM must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Important Information

  • All SIM cards are tested before dispatch to ensure they are in working condition.

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@vipnumbersuk.co.uk with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we safely receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

Faulty SIMs

If the SIM card is faulty, please contact us within 60 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
