Welcome to VIPNumbersUK.co.uk. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

VIPNumbersUK.co.uk is owned and operated by a UK-registered sole trader. We sell unique and memorable mobile numbers on PAYG SIM cards.

2. Products

  • Each SIM card comes with a UK mobile number.

  • All numbers are offered as Pay As You Go (PAYG) and are unregistered at the time of sale.

  • Some networks may require top-up to activate PAC code transfers—please contact us before ordering to confirm.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify-approved methods.

  • Orders are confirmed by email once payment is successful.

  • If an ordered number becomes unavailable, we will offer a full refund or an alternative.

4. Delivery

  • All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.

  • Orders over £40 are automatically sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery at no extra cost.

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.

5. Returns

  • You may return your SIM card within 30 days if unused, unactivated, and not transferred.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging via tracked delivery at your own cost.

6. Limitations

  • We are not responsible for any charges, losses, or issues after the number is activated, ported, or registered by the customer.

  • We do not guarantee the availability of PAC codes for all networks unless confirmed before purchase.

8. Changes
