Use It as a Normal Pay As You Go Number

You do not have to transfer your new number anywhere.

After receiving the SIM, simply add a minimum £5 top-up and you can use it as a normal UK Pay As You Go mobile number.

The £5 minimum top-up is required to fully activate the service so you can:

• Make and receive calls
• Send and receive text messages
• Use the number normally on Pay As You Go
• Request a PAC code later if you decide to move the number

There is no monthly contract required.

Keep the Number on PAYG or Move It Later

You can start by using the supplied SIM exactly as it is.

If at some point you decide to move your chosen number to another UK mobile provider or an existing contract, you can request a PAC code after completing the minimum £5 top-up.

To get your PAC code:

1. Top up the SIM with at least £5.
2. Make sure the SIM is active and has signal.
3. Text PAC to 65075.
4. Your PAC code will be sent to you by text.
5. Give the PAC code and your mobile number to the provider you want to move to.

The new provider will then arrange the number transfer.

Transferring to a different UK network is normally straightforward. Moving a number between accounts or contracts on the same network can sometimes involve a different process, so please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
